Jauda mats are conveniently machine washable.

We recommend using a mild detergent and not overdoing it!

After washing, lay the mat flat to dry in the shade (nobody likes wrinkles!).

For transport and storage, Jauda suggests rolling the mat—this helps keep it flat on your reformer machine (we've all seen the folded ones!)

Some of our mats will arrive folded, but with a little patience, it will flatten out beautifully for your practice.
